Managed Services
Managed Services is a core part of Hibernia's business. We provide our customers with Hibernia engineers, who are located on site, managing and running Help Desk support to end-users. Our Managed Services division is engaged by clients who require cover when their own staff
are on holiday or training or indeed to out-source their Help Desk function to free up internal IT resources and reduce the overall cost of the Support function.
Our Managed Services division provides a comprehensive managed services portfolio that includes a range of sourcing solutions. We aim is to improve the efficiencies and therefore the cost effectiveness of your existing IT Infrastructure, while, at the same time, build upon this infrastructure in a way that enables you to minimize your hands on management time.

Maintenance
Since our inception, the highest levels of service has been the mainstay of Hibernia Computer Services. Having quickly recognised that no two companies have exactly the same requirements Hibernia decided that maintenance and service agreements need to be appropriately tailored. Consequently, Hibernia offers
